Connecting Humans and Horses: A Journey of Growth and Clarity

Connect Spot Equine was created as a space where people can slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that get lost in the noise of everyday life. Through the intuitive presence of horses, we help individuals and teams rediscover clarity, confidence, and grounded leadership.

Our work is rooted in the belief that transformation happens through experience — not theory. Horses invite us into the present moment, offering honest feedback, emotional attunement, and a powerful mirror for how we show up in the world.
This is where personal growth becomes embodied, relational, and real.

Meet Ciara — Founder, Facilitator, and Steward of the Herd

I’m Ciara Caron, the heart behind Connect Spot Equine.
My path has always woven together healing, leadership, creativity, and the quiet wisdom of horses.

For more than a decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of experiential learning, organizational culture, and human development — designing programs that help people feel more connected, more capable, and more aligned with who they truly are. My background spans:

  • Leadership development & experiential facilitation
  • Healing arts and somatic practices
  • Corporate culture, communication, and team enablement
  • Creative direction and retreat design
  • Equine partnership, land stewardship, and intuitive horsemanship

Horses have been my teachers for years. They’ve guided me through transitions, helped me understand my own emotional landscape, and taught me what it means to lead with presence rather than pressure.

Connect Spot Equine is the natural merging of everything I’ve learned — a place where my corporate experience, my healing work, and my deep relationship with horses come together to support others.

Why Horses?

Horses are masters of emotional intelligence. They read intention, energy, and authenticity long before behavior or words.

In equine‑assisted learning, horses help us:

  • Access creativity and intuition
  • Build emotional awareness
  • Strengthen communication and boundaries
  • Develop embodied leadership
  • Practice presence and regulation
  • Explore relational patterns

They respond to who we are, not who we think we should be — which makes the learning immediate, honest, and deeply transformative.
